'82 Bordeaux comes of age

The owner of a bottle of wine can legally sell it in California without a retailer's licence once the wine is ten years old. Now that the 1982 Bordeaux wines are coming into maturity, many people are considering selling or buying.The wine would bring a profit now, but it may increase in value.
