A comparison of Napa Cabernets
Article Abstract:
A seminar at the California Wine Experience 2006 was aimed at explaining the diversity of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons. Napa's prominent vintners discussed their wines at the wine tastings to clarify the differences in the various productions of Napa Cabernet vintages from 2001 and 2003, which as a group are dark, rich and densely flavored, but are individually distinct.

A report on the bid by Foster's Group to take over Southcorp, Australia's largest wine producer is presented. The merger, if successful, would form the third largest global wine marketer, otherwise Foster's itself could be taken over by other ambitious companies.
