A very good year

Article Abstract:

A woman found a bottle of Pol Roger Special 1934 Champagne in her grandmother's cellar, and hoped that it would turn out to be a valuable and historic wine. The advice of many experts during a 9-month concluded that the Champagne had probably turned, and had little intrinsic value. The woman decided to open it anyway at a family ceremony. The Champagne had indeed turned, but the adventure that led to its drinking was valuable in itself.
