French businessman Jean-Claude Boisset has built up one of the largest wine businesses in Burgundy, France, but his methods have not always been praised. Boisset believes he has saved traditional businesses, but others feel he has destroyed them.

Article Abstract:
The disagreement between vinters of the Chablis wine producing region of France concerning the advantages and disadvantages of expanding wine production is discussed. Many are concerned that wine quality will deteriorate with expansion.
