Carter Cellars: A Grand Award restaurateur makes a pilgrimage to Napa

Mark Carter, an award-winning restaurateur, has entered into winemaking by launching his label Carter Cellars with an aim of making his own Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. He has released wines from the 1998 vintage, and has plans to expand slowly but still remain small in wine production by buying land in Napa for a small winery.
