Fast food and wines to match
Article Abstract:
Three different wines can be matched with each course of a 30-minute meal. The chicken and endive salad which serves as appetizer would go well with a Chardonnay, while Sauvignon Blanc would be best with the main course of fish with tomato and horse radish sauce. The dessert of pineapple in cream sauce deserves a Quady Elysium 1993.
