A new functional margarine, Safflower Healthy Margarine, made with safflower oil and Norway salmon oil, has been introduced by Sokensha. This product comes in individual mini portions, and it is priced at [yen] 300 for six 10-gram portions. Each portion contains 180 milligrams of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 190 milligrams of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). It has a 25% fat content, and contains 20% salmon oil from Norway and safflower oil. Despite the fact that it contains salmon oil, this product does not have a fishy odour.

Priced at [yen] 145 for a 62-gram cup, these desserts contain iron, and calcium to make up for dietary deficiency and oligosaccharides and dietary fibre for intestinal regularity. These desserts, named Janef Wafu Jelly, come in sesame and brown sugar varieties.
