Article Abstract:
The Sep 9, 1995, Davis & Co auction in Chicago, IL, was unusual. Wines sold for very high prices in the morning, and sales were extremely sluggish in the afternoon. A case of 1989 Chateau La Fleur-Petrus sold for $1,045. Other sales are also discussed.
