Chef Julian Serrano has been successful with his restaurant Masa, in San Francisco, and recently opened Picasso in the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas. The restaurant features Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Serrano sits down with a wine connoisseur to pair wines with dishes from the restaurant. Recipes are included.
