Article Abstract:
Collectors of wines should consider selling some of their bottles or cases if they have changed tastes in wine, if their collection has grown too large or if they have wine that has appreciated in value. Recommendations are given to help collectors determine what bottles they should keep, either for value's sake or taste's sake.
