Henry Leung who worked as a waiter at David Keh's Chinese restaurant on Manhattan's Upper East Side has proved that wine and Chinese food can go together. He plans to open a restaurant at St. Helena, Napa Valley, the area's first upscale, wine-friendly Chinese restaurant.
