Sonoma Valley vintners seek seal of quality

A review board comprised of grape growers and vintners is being proposed by Sonoma Valley winemakers. The vintners hope to create a program similar to that of the French government, which ensures wine quality, although the Sonoma proposal would make it voluntary.
