Article Abstract:
The experience of making a person look like a wine swan among wine list-floundering ducklings is described. The findings indicate that any decent wine list in a restaurant will be truffled with categories of wines and also that the wine ducklings do not know about or are too timid to order for wine because the prices are too cheap.

Small wineries deliver better quality wine than their bigger counterparts. The smaller ones are considered better because they deliver individuality that the bigger ones stay clear off, as they want safety and profits.
