Sampling Australia's restaurants

Article Abstract:

Australia has several restaurants that cater to the country's winemakers. Among the exotic foods being offered are sauteed kangaroo with sun-dried tomatoes, braised emu and wattle seed Pavlova. A visit to five different restaurants is described.
