Stelios Thoecharous of Pete's Chippery shares his views about the Seafish Fish &Chip shop of the year competition. He says that out of over 10,000 fish and chip shops, only 10% joined the contest in 2007. He says that the tournament has great benefits because the competition has no joining fees and that participants get to have free publicity.
