Viticulture was affected in South Africa, Australia and Chile by weather conditions. conditions. A chilly spring and early summer were responsible for low yields in Australia, and a drought in Chile affected grape crops. South African grapes were fine, despite cool weather.

Late-release 1993 white Burgundy
Article Abstract:
Fifteen white Burgundy wines made in France received excellent ratings because of their taste. The wines were late-release 1993 vintage and ranged in price from $45 to $350. The wines, however, paled in comparison with 1994 vintages.
