Rating steak houses
Article Abstract:
Ten US steak restaurants were judged the best out of 35 for their combination of great steak and side dishes, and great wine. A 100 point scale was used, with the food counting 40%, the wine list counting 30%, and the service and atmosphere counting 15% each.
