A full day of nutrition education
Article Abstract:
The elementary school children in Immaculata College, PA, have been taught the importance of good health and physical fitness through a nutrition education interactive program held as an activity for the Health and Physical Fitness Week. As it is the lessons which took the form of displays and games proved to be effective in changing nutritional behavior and promoting health awareness which were determined through evaluations of parent volunteers and members of the school faculty.

Web page and online response activities in an undergraduate nutrition education course
Article Abstract:
A professor describes a class to teach nutrition students how to use the Internet to communicate with colleagues and clients. Students had to design a Web page, post an article on their Web page, and post a response to a question on their Web page.

Online mentoring in an undergraduate nutrition education course
Article Abstract:
Researchers describe an online service for college juniors in a nutrition education course. The service allowed the students to develop a network of professional contacts and to enhance their e-mail skills.
