Recipes are given for eggplant ravioli with lemon sage oil and fried onions, gorgonzola and pear millet pilaf, orange duck breasts on braised chicory, roasted cauliflower with rosemary and chocolate macaroon tart with raspberry sauce. Wines are recommended.
