Fondues are usually made with Emmental or Gruyere cheese that add a different flavor to the dish but a lot of other cheeses like Appenzeller or Comte are also being used in these dishes. A fondue recipe that is slightly different from the regular fondues is featured and accompaniments that go with a fondue are suggested.
