Recipes are suggested for an Easter dinner. The dishes include shrimp, fava bean and asparagus salad, pork loin with morel stuffing, roasted celery root, minted spring vegetables, and rhubarb, raspberry, meringue cake. A pinot noir wine and a gewurztramier are suggested with the meal.
