The Seminars To Go manual from Burlingame, CA-based Food for Thought Consulting is composed of 10 nutrition seminar modules intended for presenters. The kit comes with evaluation forms, 23 camera-ready handouts, resources, suggested activities and scripts as well as three chapters devoted on the marketing suggestions for organizing a consultancy business. Majority of the seminar modules were designed for 45-minute presentations, five-to-10-minute allowances for entertaining questions.

Teaching nutrition to a multidisciplinary classroom: use of small-group discussions
Article Abstract:
An evaluation is presented on using small group discussions to teach students about nutrition in a general education setting. Advantages include higher levels of interest and motivation; disadvantages include straying from the topic or domination of the discussion by one or two students.
