Blushing bubbles: make pink the color of the party season with these sparkling rose wines

Article Abstract:

Sparkling rose's blush comes from either prolonged contact with the skins of red grapes or, more commonly, a dose of red wine, usually Pinot Noir along with the red grapes that give the sparkler backbone. The balancing act of complexity and brightness makes sparkling rose an invigorating before-dinner drink and a solid match for many summer party foods.

A brief review on two special brands of wines Riesling and Malbec that could be enjoyed in special occasions is presented. While Rieslings have a flavor combining that of fresh lime and green apple, Malbecs are spicy wines full of plum and blackberry flavors.
