When wine leaves a sour taste
Article Abstract:
Restaurant customers are clearly justified in complaining if they are served a wine that is corked. However, conflict can arise if there is a difference of opinion between the customer and the restaurant manager about the quality of the wine. If you wish to complain about a wine, you should first decide how firm you are prepared to be. Any complaint should be made quietly and without pretence. It is important to admit that the restaurant may not share your opinion of the wine.
