Napa Valley, CA-based Terra is a restaurant owned by Lissa Doumani and her husband and chef, Hiro Sone. The restaurant boasts of a variety of interesting dishes such as foie gras in tortellini, Miyagi oysters in wine sauce, salmon with Thai red curry sauce and Thai cabbage slaw.

Co-owners Joseph Scalice and Wayne Nish named their restaurant March after the month they started business in 1990. March serves first-rate cuisine in an elegant, understated dining room that seats 50. Recipes from the restaurant are presented.
