Article Abstract:
A review is presented of certain restaurants in Paris which have been opened by Michelin-starred chefs aiming to reach a new audience and to diversify their business. The restaurants provide a low-risk means of providing food based on the French bistro style of cooking and experimenting with a variety of cuisines.

Conservatives of such western states as Idaho, Utah, New Mexico and Montana are surprising the GOP-lead Congress by siding with environmentalists. Groups such as Ron Arnold's Wise Use, of Washington State, have gone too far abetting the GOP in trying to gut the environmental policy.
