Pomegranates are ideal holiday fruits not only for decorating the table but also for adding flavor to sweet or savor dishes. Recipes are presented for such treats as pomegranate-topped cheesecake; roast lamb with pomegranate, cucumber and mint salsa; and pomegranate caramel ice-cream sauce.
