The ultimate calzone

Article Abstract:

Making calzone involves four major steps. First is ensuring that the dough has been kneaded well. Two fingers test if the dough has risen enough. Then, a sprinkling of flour is needed to prevent the dough from sticking. The dough is then folded to form half a circle and baked for 15 minutes.
