Energy system avoids fuel, pollution pitfalls
Article Abstract:
The thermal energy system developed for Shippenville, PA-based MB Clarion L.P. utilized fuel developed from the plant's waste streams. This fuel presented a difficult emission problem but fluidized-bed combustion technology was able to combat these difficulties.
