Effective evaluation of team performance
Article Abstract:
The team concept has been very beneficial to some companies which have implemented it while there are others which were not able to realize the desired objectives of their teams. There are four factors which ensure the success of the team concept. These are: a clear definition of the goals, the recruitment of qualified, trained and committed team members, the support and resources of the organization and training in the effective management and operation of teams.

Article Abstract:
The 'Accountability for Health Care' white paper assumes an egalitarian stance in describing the elements of successful health administration. It does not also sufficiently recognize the conflict between professional obligations and the program to ensure that each of their elements are considered in both graduate and postgraduate curricula. Successful health administration primarily hinges on physician-patient interaction.
