Australian bodybuilder Lee Priest uses the classic 20-set exercise routine for each body part in his daily workouts. Lee, who is only 5'4" in height and 22 years old, presents his shoulder routine which consists of such exercises as the seated dumbbell press, side lateral raise and shrugs.
