Tri this French recipe: spare your elbows while building your arms

Article Abstract:

The kneeling triceps extension with a V bar lifts the stress off the elbows while putting the long head of the triceps into play. Francis Benfatto is using this exercise to prepare for the 1993 Mr Olympia contest.

Variations for a bigger chest

Article Abstract:

Smith bench presses to the neck and dips on the V-shaped dipping bars are excellent exercises for building the chest. The first builds the upper pectorals while the second builds lower pecs.

Bobbing for muscles

The side-lateral raise is a good exercise for building deltoid muscles. Bobbing down with the upper body at the top of the movement allows the use of heavier weights.
