CBS television news anchor since 1969, Bob Schieffer is admired by his colleagues for his skills at reporting and at story telling and also for being a gentleman. Currently CBS Evening News anchor where he will remain until September 2006, Schieffer has received six Emmy awards and two Sigma Delta Chi awards in the course of a career that saw him cover news emanating from the Pentagon, Congress, the US State Department, and the White House, the four major beats in Washington D.C.

The first two albums of the group Black Eyed Peas, 'Behind the Front' and 'Bridging the Gap' earned critical praise, but generated only modest interest among the audience. Their third release, Elephunk was a huge crossover success, which contained two songs, out which 'Where Is the Love' reached top spot on two Billboard charts and 'Let's Get It Started' won the Grammy Award for best rap performance in 2005.

Samuel Anthony Alito, the US Supreme Court justice, was a public speaker and debater in his high school days and gave a well-reasoned, solid argument. During his sophomore year of college that coincided with the most intense phase of the Vietnam War, Alito assigned a low number in the military draft lottery, which meant that his chances of being drafted and placed on active duty were relatively high.
