Ektapress multispeed: can you really shoot it at ISO 100 to 1000?

Kodak's claim that its Ektapress Plus 400 Multispeed color-print film can shoot at speeds of ISO 100-1000 was put to the test. Kodak's claim was only partially correct. If the desired shooting speed is ISO 1000, then it is recommended to use a film that is specifically made for that purpose.

Can Kodak E200 really be shot at IS0 1000, and still look great?
Article Abstract:
A testing of Kodak E200 Ektachrome film reveals that, as claimed, the film will maintain its color and contrast at speeds of up to ISO 1000, and with processing pushed up to three stops. The film is recommended for portraits in shadow and other low-light scenes.
