20 for 2000
Article Abstract:
Among the 20 products which have helped revolutionize business in the 20th century are the ball-point-pen, adhesive tape and, most importantly, the computer. The impact of the computer in the last half of the century has been as great as that of electricity in the first 50 years. Computers have helped change employment patterns, revolutionize communication and expanded scientific endeavour. Other important products of the 20th century include the fax machine, the paper clip and the stapler. Perhaps the greatest development is that of the Internet, much of which is still in its infancy.
