Portugal completes series of sculpture stamps
Article Abstract:
The Portuguese stamp series honoring sculptures began in 1993. This is the final set. The sculptures are found in public urban areas and most in the new series were created after 1900. The various sculptures, all of human figures, are described.

UN releases latest in human rights series
Article Abstract:
The UN issued the fourth set of stamps in its multi-year series to celebrate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Nov 1992. The set of six stamps features articles 19 through 24 from the declaration.
