U.N. Human Rights series to go off sale
Article Abstract:
The U.N. Human Rights series which was started in 1989 and ended in 1993 is set to go off sale at the end of 1995. The series was composed of 30 face different stamps with multilingual tabs and a mint inscription block of less than four stamps. The stamps were printed in New York, Geneva and Vienna.

How Honolulu almost missed out on the Project Mercury first day
Article Abstract:
Secrecy surrounded the Project Mercury stamps because they were prepared before the flight was a fact. The official entrusted with stamps sent to the Honolulu post office was away and only a chance remark from a reporter about the stamp issuance in San Francisco, CA, alerted the postmaster.
