Evergreen gingers
Article Abstract:
Wild ginger is becoming a popular choice for gardens in climate zones 5 through 9. It comes in both clumping and groundcover varieties. The plants have the gingery smell of their tropical relatives that are used in cooking. Plants thrive well in areas that are free of slugs, snails and mildew.
