Big Thicket: where the plants bite back
Article Abstract:
The Big Thicket National Preserve in Texas was established by law in 1974. The preserve is a natural parkland that is best explored by canoe, however, pontoon boat tours are available for the less adventurous. A special attraction is a visit to the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation.
