Coast silk tassel: Garrya elliptica
Article Abstract:
The coast silk tassel is a large evergreen shrub that is native to the coastal regions of Oregon and California. It produces creamy green catkins from January through March and thrives in midler climates. It produces best in full sun, is drought resistant and needs good drainage.
