Grossman's builds framework for Chapter 11

Article Abstract:

Grossman's Inc. is taking steps to mitigate the effects of a potential Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing for its Contractors Warehouse hardware stores, signing a letter of intent to provide temporary financing for the ongoing operations of door and window manufacturer Jeld-Wen Inc. Grossman's is hoping that its vendors will accept the agreement with Jeld-Wen and accept a pre-packaged percentage of money owed, allowing Grossman's to spend less time in Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Hand tools: ergonomic designs grip the market

Article Abstract:

Retailers say the new lines will find appeal among tradesmen seek to replace older tools, and probably will not appeal to hobbyists or casual do-it-yourselfers.
