Marshland memories

The Marine Resources Center in Charleston, SC, celebrated its 25th anniversary with an employee reunion in July 1997. Former employees shared plenty of good food, stories and laughter. Recipes for sour cream banana pudding and blueberry yum yum are presented.

The late Bill Monroe was one of the foremost exponents of bluegrass music. Armed with a mandolin and a wonderful voice, Monroe influenced a generation of country musicians, many of whom agree that he could be dubbed the father of bluegrass music.
