Robber flies and Tachinid flies: naughty? Nice? Or neutral?
Article Abstract:
Robber flies and tachinid flies are extremely beneficial because of their diets of flies, bees, beetle, ants, and other insects that compete with man for crops. Some times the robber fly will eat a beneficial insect, but the amount of harmful ones eaten compensates for the lapses.

Article Abstract:
The adult luna moth (Actias luna) has pale green wings with transparent spots and long tails. In the larval stage it eats the leaves of birch, persimmon and members of the walnut family. The caterpillar is resistant to plant toxins called quinones.
