Plants that age gracefully
Article Abstract:
Plants have a life span during which they leaf out, flower, reach their peak and then fade away. The challenge is to change this changeability into an asset by showcasing a plant in its youth, making the most of it as it ages and accepting its inevitable decline. These need to be carefully sited to take full advantage of their peak while shielding their less-than pretty descent.
