The Emy-Lou Biedenharn Foundation's ELsong Garden and Conservatory in Monroe, LA, underwent a major rebuilding a few years after the owner, vocalist Emy-Lou Biedenharn, died in 1984. The place's ballet lawn serves as the main attraction with its fountain of arcing sprays.

Bank on crab cakes
Article Abstract:
Crab cakes are a great dinner fare for special evenings, although a little expensive for a weeknight menu. Its taste more than makes up for its price, however. Crab cakes can be served with salad greens and Dijon dressing or baked and served with cress sauce.
