The American Horticultural Society's first annual Washington Blooms! Spring celebration took place between March 29 to April 5. Educational events conducted by the American Horticultural Society and the fun experienced by the gardening enthusiasts is described.

The American Horticultural Society (AHS) is to host a spring celebration, which is to be held from 29th March till 5th April, in participation with National Cherry Blossom Festival 2003. It will also expose several new national gardening programs.
