A tree house grows in Berkeley
Article Abstract:
Architect Richard Fernau and his wife Sarah bought a 750 square-foot house in 1986. With the birth of their son, the family decided to add on to the back of the house and take advantage of the sights of the woods and a creek. The master bedroom has a bed on wheels that can roll out on to a deck.
