Collezione Europa sets big N.C. facility

Article Abstract:

Collezione Europa of Englewood, NJ, is set to house the distribution of furniture in North Carolina at a new 250,000 sq ft building in Claremont, NC, by May 1999. Included for consolidation by the furniture importer in the new facility is its 230,000-sq-ft operation in nearby Morganton. Additional plans for the new facility, which will have 40-foot ceilings to produce a usable warehouse area of 750,000 sq ft, is expected to include a phase two expansion at the 27-acre site to create a total space of 450,000 sq ft within the next three years.
