German retailers cast eye toward U.S. goods
Article Abstract:
German retailers agree that the U.S. needs to learn more about the European consumer and make more products available in smaller quantities at better prices. The best areas for exporting are in giftware, gardening, bath shop and in the tabletop areas. A German label on American products is more likely to succeed. Stronger rapport with foreign retailers is needed.
