The San Francisco furniture market has completed 90 years and is marking an end in San Francisco. Many furniture companies exhibited their products in the four-day dry market. Many of the companies are turning to Las Vegas furniture market, which will make its first appearance in July 2005.

Hooker getting stock story out to investor community

Hooker became the top performer among publicly held furniture manufacturers as their stocks rose to 119% in 2003. It is reported that Hooker's first big break came in June 2002, when the company's shares began trading on the NAS-DAQ small-capitalization market.
